The game has gotten stale, the story has steeply declined in quality, the patch cycles are taking longer than ever, the latest exploration zone has mostly been a bust, they admitted that the raid for the latest exploration zone was designed so poorly that it had only been cleared 400 times total worldwide in the past month since it released.
People are up in arms over Dawntrail and its not getting better for them.
