Even that was surprisingly good for a gacha in its early stages, it only got worse later. Same thing with the Netflix show, it was like at the top of the viewer charts when it came out and came with a massive sales boost.

Same thing with the PRG collabs they did, people were all over that.

DMC sells, they're not going to give it to Kamiya and his recently established studio. Specially not after DmC.
