Quick conclusions from the liber leaks
>It was not just plasma that got weaker, most ranged weapons got nerfed in some way
>Few exceptions, mostly weapons that were complete shit in 2.0
>All weapons got more specialised for their role. Example: even big melta guns only have 1 or 2 shots with high damage, great for killing big models but no more melta predators decimating your terminator squads.
>Legion specific units losing wargear options in the libers sucks, but should come as a surprise to no one. In one of the interviews it was said that the Libers were for off-the-shelf units, kitbashes and conversions will be in tactica journals or legacies.

Overall I think this edition will be worth playing, with all the weapon nerfs nothing is gonna die quick any more - most of the time.
