Yes, it started mediocre but got a lot better. Unless you really hate most characters being female and having great admiration for the MC. Gameplay is pretty solid, bureacracy (daily/weekly/bp) is pretty fast and there is nothing of the main game tied to gacha mechanics besides a couple rolls every month through endgame dps checks that are fairly easy.
