Ultimately, it is a trust exercise in many ways. It'll require parties to share legal names, addresses, etc. Be prepared for this.

Nintendo was. Hugely. And for the record, Kinect was a massive success for Xbox 360 too. But they didn't know when to quit.
Nintendo, much like Xbox One, also stumbled into the next generation with a total flop and it sank them to all time lows financially. Switch makes everyone forget that Wii U devastated Nintendo.
