The last one is separate, but it goes hand-in-hand with his hollier-than-thou "I worked at Blizzard, I know this because I worked at Blizzard, did you know I worked for Blizzard, I'm better than you because I worked at Blizzard" attitude which causes him to annoy or hurt people he interacts with.
He's completely arrogant, has zero humility and an attitude problem but he's not cognisant enough to see it at all. That's why everyone hates him.
