Yesterday I did the whiff punish exam: Unlike last time, it was only two days of training, but it were intense two days since I did it for several hours, and also while fasting
The procedure was simple: one record for jumping, one record for cr mk, and I need to punish them 100 times in an hour or less.
The results were disappointing but expected: I was only able to do 50 times in a row.
However because of how human memory works I expect the "training days" memories to consolidate as I sleep so I will try "testing" again tomorrow and the day after and track how the memory consolidation is progressing if progressing
This might also have to do with the fact that I did while after fasting so I suspect I was depleted mentally: matters not, for the idea was to test under extreme conditions. Also later on it occurred to me the exercise might have been harder then the jump/ check drive rush drill so I should had tested that beforehand to make a control group: if I hadnt been able to reach 100 with that one either it was a result of my physical state, if I did it easily, it was because the exercise was harder or the memories had not consolidated
