Also, it’s occurring to me that I’ve derailed yet another thread. This is legitimately unintentional. I just express my opinion and people seem to respond to them a lot. We can discuss my views on canon elsewhere, if you want.

Pretty sure I read there’s no open bar this year. I’m not jealous, it’s something I’d be pretty likely to skip even if it were free (Actually, almost definitely. I’m not even going to the opening ceremonies. Don’t love overly big crowds in tight areas.) It’s more just that the email was insulting to read and it kinda bummed me out how corporate and scam-like it sounded. Most of these other cons are all about raking in lots of money from suckers. Until I read that, I thought this one would be different. Just hoping this isn’t too indicative of the rest of the con. Are they gonna charge for water next?
