Yes the NAV erosion is my biggest concern.
However, in the scenario of dripping in a Roth its mostly offset no?
If not, using 60% or so percent of the divvie to buy more shares and keep your average low seems to offset this.
I'm mainly comparing the risk:payout of ULTY vs option trading on your own. Former seems to avg out to about the same money but its actually less risky? And this is assuming youre a good options trader.
This is driving me crazy I need to get to the bottom of this.
