smelly, clumsy, pouring sweat randomly and then getting cold from the dampness cooling off, easily exhausted but i try to ignore that when doing something bcs it makes me happy to move to do something (for the physical) and for the mental i am neurotic and paranoid, extremely volatile and freak out easily or isolate at random or i feel dead, or giddy and euphoric and too much joy and i yell and shout and laugh too loud.
