They are superior to modern humans in logic based thinking, however they struggle with technology and concepts that do not have a "grounded" base in reality that require abstract thinking.

The reason why they haven't developed advanced technology in possibly millions of years is because they have in essence, reached an evolutionary dead end. There are many examples of other animals existing successfully for millions of years, yet remain almost exactly the same as they were before. See crocodiles, Nautilus, and horseshoe crab for famous examples.

They are aware of this flaw, and seek to solve it by breeding with humans. Despite what scientists say, different species can breed. Although not without problems, it is absolutely possible. There are many cases of people breeding with animals from third world countries, however this is all covered up and dismissed by science as just birth defects or people making stuff up. Now if you include advanced technology capable of gene editing, government human hybrid programs, it all starts to come together, and Jeffrey Epstein was involved in all this.
