yeah a few times. i could tell the stuff i was seeing wasnt real but i would get instinctively afraid. usually its like people that dont exist walking up to me and messing around maybe whispering or something while im tired. the last time i was lying in bed and i heard a this guy knocking on the door to my room and shortly after he opened it came in, and did something with the small table next to me. like he took/placed something there? he was dark and i felt like i shouldnt look at him even though he wasnt there so i just tried staying under the bed and not acknowledging his existence until he was gone

honestly its funny larping like a schizo but the few times ive legit had a psychotic episode, it wasn't fun at all and not even worth bragging about lol. i wish id get the "i am now the prophetess of hidweh" type psychosis and not whatever this is. as for what causes it for me i think sleep deprivation and perhaps high-dose meditation does the trick
