This is a bug with the new transformer model of DLSS, it's annoying but the workaround is to spin the camera 180 and then back at your subject when you have it all lined up to totally refresh it

Another thing to do is if you want to quickly scroll through poses without snapping back and forth is to kinda vibrate your mouse to force the screen to constantly update
