I've lost a lot more than 30 pounds of fat. In January, when I weighed 292, I was only leg pressing 810 for 6 or 8 reps. I can now leg press 1000 for 8 at 267. A ton of my other lifts have also increased considerably. Here's a pic for reference. I am clearly much leaner and much more muscular.

I also do it with a close grip. I'll likely try recording a video of it soon, but this thread will be dead by then. I have a video of me leg pressing 1000 for 7.

I weighed 292 in January, and I'm much stronger now at 266. I've gone from leg pressing 740 for 8 to leg pressing 1000 for 8. I was benching 315 for 7 back in January, but I stopped flat benching due to injury, and I can now incline bench 245 for 8, and I'm rapidly getting stronger in incline bench, despite my bodyweight dropping.

It seems to have been working out for me, but the progress still seems relatively slow. I have been simultaneously gaining muscle, strength gains, and losing fat, but I question whether I could be doing these things much faster if I did dedicated cutting and bulking cycles instead of eating around maintenance. I am at a pretty advanced level, though, but I'm on roids.

Left pic is from November 29th, right pic is from June 5th. Left pic weight is 287.3, right pic weight is 270.1. I am 5'11. These pics don't exactly do my progress justice. My first injection was on August 31st.
