I on the other hand believe that it was already there. Seia's just taking it to the extreme now when the end of the world was averted and what was basically her curse and not a gift - seeing the possible outcomes in the future, many of them being absolutely terrible, has been taken from her. In a way this reminds me of my favorite characters from books who also, after having a massive change in his life finally becomes and acts like he always wanted to but was too miserable/under somebody else's influence to reach for it.
