Yoru didn't even have a clue about Black Chainsaw man being a thing until "Fami" told her. And it wasn't Yoru manipulating Denji to bring it out.
She told Denji straight up that Nayuta was dead and to quit acting depressed about it. She also made it clear she intends to fight him, and wanted him in the best shape possible before doing it.
The only real "lie" by omission was to not tell she's a Devil but she eventually came clean about it. And this made no real difference to Denji as she's used to dealing with Devils.
You could say she used sex as a weapon but it's clear by now that this wasn't just "manipulation", but that she was lusting for Denji just as much, if not more, and acting like a tsundere Devil about it.
