So with the new 4.0 planetary logistics, I get a trade cost if my planet has negative output of materials, right? So I have to produce EVERYTHING on site? Or is it better to just eat the trade cost and dedicate one planet to just producing trade? is this every material like motes and gasses or just minerals and energy?
