The species name dragonboa was partially to make her stand out a little more with an unorthodox name, I got the idea from a few other sthg Fan OCs like Reynard the "ironhide" and Hella the "angel, and the other reason was because name combos between sungazer and Jerboa don't sound to well. If you're interested in drawing Violet again, I have a ref sheet another anon was kind enough to make, it's a little outdated since I've updated her design since it was made but it's still close enough to her finalized design.

I'm actually not 100% happy with that WB picture. since I drew it, I've refined her design a tiny bit such as thinning out her horns as shown in the Father's day pic.
