Sieg Axe reminds me of a five-hour version of one of those 1930s cartoon serials where there was ostensibly a plot but in actuality it was a vehicle for whatever the studio character was.
Machu is I think the biggest cartoon character in the history of this cartoon franchise outside of open gag series, and even though the red man and green man were doing things that Tsurumaki and Anno were concerned about what I remember from this series is:
Machu beating up the police
Machu running crying in the rain
Machu committing aggravated assault
Machu jumping into the atmosphere
Machu burning down a brothel
Machu crashing through a ceiling

Machu is a slapstick comedian.

I'm making a character (in 2E) that sacrifices skills for higher starting attributes and an IS assault mech so I need something that comes stock with enough weapons to go "I might be a 5/5 but have enough guns that at least some will hit". We're playing in 3056 so pulse lasers are an option as long as it's a stock variant.
