I got Krystal upgraded as Assist Trophy. It's something I guess. Sakurai has said it's been due to time issues he's been unable to include her as playable. Still I've been dreaming for K. Rool return to the franchise for years and it finally paid off.

And just like in the Mario movie, Krystal would not need to be rescued (although that's a plus considering it's one of the things I hated the most from Adventures) with her saving Fox's butt instead and Slippy would be the damsel in distress of the movie (although this part is basically canon so it may happen)
