I hate that so many honest people like us that seek relationships in good faith get run around and burnt out by the rampant bpdemons before we ever get a chance to find each other and work on our problems together in a healthy way. Now we're all so damaged even the slightest imperfection sends us spiraling and cutting people off, like the BPD rubbed off on us somehow.

the other anon isnt me, but i dont think its trauma, ive had trauma but the difference is beating myself up about it (cringey memory) versus being very angry and on edge and upset and wanting to lash out to protect myself thinking about it (trauma)
