What are some games where you can distract smaller regular enemies and make them fight between them in confusion?

So, I think it's not really hard to see where the main problem comes from, at least where to obviously begin: it's the people that directly control economy.
Sure, things like ideologies and stuff is important too but money is the more immediate thing we all have in common, we need it for everything, and there is a group of people that print it and apply the value they want to it.
Of course it's a very simplified way to describe it but in reality it is that simple: money is fabricated and an arbitrary value is decided upon it by other fellow humans, just like you and me.
So, the obvious thing is to at the very least question these people, right?
Well, people in USA (the de facto world superpower that directly and indirectly influence the rest of the world) back in 2008 actually started a movement called Occupy Wall Street, and the catch phrase was also very simple, and powerful and true: "we are the 99%", because, yes, that group of people that controls the world's economy is really small! They get vastly outbumbered, so it makes no sense that such a small group of people have this much influence over the remaining majority.
So, how can such a logical, obvious path of thinking and action got dismantled, seemingly overnight?
