It might take sometime before you find someone you actually want, its a very strange spread to be honest. I think you won't be exactly "enamored" with the crowd to be honest, but something, someone you met will lead to an eventual relationship albeit maybe not with them. I get the idea you'll be thinking of someone else while you are at Portland and they just become your focus.
Take it with a grain of salt. Not entirely sure of my interpretation.

Very feminine appearance but very tonboy-ish personality. Probably light skinned, average height leaning to slightly tall for a girl, but mostly average physique for the most part, again maybe a tinny bit plump. Its possible that she dies her hair but otherwise it's brown to blonde. Personality wise seems a bit crass, maybe country girl. She enjoys outdoors and adventures of all kind, tough but fun and playful. I get the idea that she might be a foreigner to you or just have a big contrast in culture.
She is VERY traditional. Wants to play the role of a homemaker, family oriented, clean and organized.
