How good are these "ELEMENT attack power up" skills? Should I try to put as many + as I can and hunt for lightning spear? Will it actually make a noticeable difference or should I stick to only putting relics on that have 3 positive effects for me over 1-2 good effects and lightning power up? There's no way to check with a caster because you can't start with/use lightning spear on the training grounds.
