So here's the thing I'll probably try. I always point my toes upwards on leg curls, which spreads tension on all 4 hamstring muscles somewhat evenly. I'll just focus on targeting 2-2 muscles instead of targeting 4 at the same time. Pointing toes outwards should make it so that the long and the short head of the biceps femoris are targeted mainly. Pointing toes inwards should make it so that the semitendinosus and the semimembranosus are targeted mainly. So by doing 4 sets total, 2 focusing on the outer portion of the hamstrings, then 2 focusing on the inner portion of the hamstrings, I should stimulate it a new way I have not done before. Stiff legged deadlifts should help too so maybe I'll add those to my workout. Hamstring leans with a barbell also should work, but that lift seems like a pain in the ass.

I was lifting, slacking, and sleeping in the afternoon so far. Still felling tired as I could not sleep enough during the nighttime. Could not wage in the morning because I was doomscrooling, could not wage in the early afternoon because gramps was visiting, and won't wage now as it's already late to start. and I'm absolutely not in the mood to start anyway.
I will nonetheless watch summertime render but I'm shaving my face and jerking off first.
