>Wikia Anon here
You mean Yapool, the person responsible for the vast majority of edits on that site.
>it's been ten years since the board came together and put a Fandom together
You mean 10 years since you decided to make a Wikia (as it was called back then) and tout it around as being the board's despite the vast majority of people here not feeling the need for it
>You guys saved a bunch of information from going into the ether
You mean you took information from larger Japanese wikis and threw it into google translate
>While there is still work to be done
Yeah, like making these pages actually legible instead of meaningless scrolls of text and information
>we accomplished something as a community.
Lol. Lmao even.
According to the statistics page there's been 4,350 edits since the wiki was made. Of those edits 3454 are by Yapool. Roughly 80% of this wiki's content is just one guy, with the next highest contributor being a dude with 286 edits. Since 2015 there's been only 35 registered users that've bothered to edit the thing, and a few of those are bot accounts set up by Wikia when you create a new wiki. A wiki where 80% of the contributions are from one single person cannot be something "accomplished as a community".
1/2 because I'm going to rant about how shit the wiki itself is now.
