NGL your "help" could just be annoying criticism like "being a fag wont make you happy" which isn't useful to anyone. As a fag myself, I recently kicked a long term friend from my close friend group because his views differed to greatly from my own. In the end, the culture war comes for us all. I'm not saying that's what you did, and there is absolutely an annoying and insufferable type of depressed permanently online queer, but 'if' you were pushing your politics that's not help that's just being annoying. But as someone in my 30s now, I think the real answer is just that a lot of the people who are online are there for a reason. Including here. We are broken, retarded people. And if you change, mature or grow a tiny bit, you might find behavior that you used to stomach intolerable. Bad treatment that you used to accept you realize has no place in your life. But at the end of the day, you should put a lot of thought into severing those relationships because community is an extremely important part of any human's life.
I guess all that faggy rambling was basically to say sometimes it's right to sever those relationships if they become bad or toxic... but you should be cautious about losing relationships too. Because life means nothing if it's spent truly alone and as you get older true friends are harder and harder to find.
