I work a comfy high paying corporate job that is made difficult because we can't recruit any manual labor underlings. We had literal J1 Visa workers from Nigeria turn town job offers claiming that our company is too cheap. We brought up these complaints to corporate on mount Olympus and they said they ran the numbers and we pay our employees just fine. We pointed out we've been critically understaffed for 3 years and they just said we need to advertise more. We point out we've been doing that and have had 1 job application in the last 6 months and it was a Chinese J1 who doesn't even speak English and corporate said 'See, our wages are just fine'.
