Pointing out that Burrow has two good receivers ifs fair but I think people kind of overlook that fact that that's literally all he's ever had. Two good receivers, shit-tier protection, average running game, below average coaching and mid to abjectly terrible defense and special teams. Having a good #2 wideout doesn't cancel out the rest of that. And it also doesn't factor in that maybe the wideouts both look good in part because of Burrow just like all of Lamar's wideouts maybe look kind of meh in part because of Lamar.
If I'm being honest I think if you put Burrow on the Ravens as currently constructed his passing numbers go down a bit but they become very, very dangerous. And If Lamar was on Cincy he probably gets hurt after 10 games and even if he doesn't they're guaranteed to lose any playoff game they make it to because that D is giving up 30 and Lamar doesn't score that much in the playoffs, ever.
The Ravens and Harbaugh were winning super bowls without him just a few years before he showed up. The Bengals were pure unadulterated ass until Burrow got there.

The defense has to be at least semi-competent on its own to benefit from efficient qb play. If people are just underwhelming in terms of skill being somewhat more well-rested from game to game doesn't really make much difference because the because the talent gap that fatally undermines them on a play-by-play basis still remains
