nigga you've got to be trolling. This shit works and you lose weight because you're in a starvation mode. You're losing muscle mass and stalling your weight loss despite going to the gym, this shit is not sustainable in the long run, you're going to stall, say "fuck it i'm not losing weight anyway" and eat a lot of shitty food and gain most of your weight back, then do more work in a gym, etc.
Buy some meat, some chicken breasts, some eggs, some pork, some beef, doesn't matter (althought chicken breasts are GOAT) for protein gains, add some green veggies to fill your gut with, then some carbs (rice) or fats ('cado or bacon) if you've got the space. Learn to cook so you're not eating plain tasteless food every day or else you're going to crash and binge on chips or some other shit. For some time keep your deficit low, just eat healthy, get it as a habit, then you can cut more calories.
If you're dead set on 1500 calorie omad just learn to cook and count your fucking macros
