Yeah, the rifles/pistol and dwemer gatling gun are a little lore-breaking. Was thinking of doing a personal replacer of the rifles with the VC arequbus, like I did for lore-friendly rifles and Wheels of Lull, and maybe the pistols with the flintlocks from lore-friendly rifles pistol addon. Sadly that leaves the dwemer gatling gun as the odd one.

No problem, I hope you do enjoy it. I really didn't but I don't play with shouts at all nor do I play as a Dragonborn. I can normally dismiss quest mods that make you or refer to you as such but I guess I was just really let down by the mod since I went in somewhat blind expecting a bardic adventure only to be tied into the main quest and such.
