Tenpai vs Iishanten is 1/6 vs 1/36 a bad bet
Tenpai vs ryanshanten is 1/6 vs 1/216 a retarded bet
So given there is no exception circumstance the ONLY correct answer is to discard the safest tile as your hand is worthless by it's shanten. That is sha as you have two copies dealing into only 3 combinations compared to the 9m deal in to 6 combinations.

TO here, it's time to say farewell to League 6. I'll try to keep it short this time.
Congratulations to Romance of the Cat Kingdoms for the win and better luck next time for those who couldn't win this year. I hope everyone who participated had a good time.
