Listen up fags. I'm about tο save you years of pain, regret, and wondering "what if."

I've been where you are. Anxious, lazy, getting pushed around, making excuses. I thought I was broken. But I realized I was just living lies that society fed me.

Here are the lessons that will change your outlook on life.

1, You're not lazy but poisoned.

Stop calling yourself lazy. You're probably sleep-deprived, eating garbage, never moving your body, and wondering why you have no energy. Fix your health, and discipline becomes automatic. Your body is a machine fuel it right and it will run for miles.

2. Nobody is thinking about you (and that's a good thing)

I used to think everyone noticed my failures. But no, people are too busy worrying about their own problems to judge yours. That embarrassing thing you did when you were in high school? You're lucky if they even remember who you are. No one care's except your true friends and families.

3. Perfectionism is holding you back.

"I'm not ready yet." "I need to learn more first." "What if I fail?" Congratulations you've discovered the perfectionist's trap. The only cure is to start before you're ready. Messy action beats perfect inaction every single time. Progress is progress no matter how small.

4. Your fears aren't real. Anxiety is a liar.

I spent years convinced terrible things would happen. Guess how many of them became true? Zero. Your brain evolved to keep you alive in the wilderness, not thrive in modern life. Question every anxious thought but don't believe it. You are not living in the primitive world anymore.
