Do skryre-heavy lists pretty much always overload their weapon teams and war machines ASAP? I was looking at the warscrolls and some of them look really volatile to the point where I can't think of when you'd want to overload them more than once. But i'm a noob so wtf do I know?
Also are clanrats and rat ogors the designated meatshield/screens if i want to blast the board with ratling blasters and lightning bolts?

Can an anon with experience painting skaven share any tips or tricks? I like the dirty verdigris of the GW studio Skryre stuff, and I also like scheme they chose for said Skryre rats.

It seems odd to me that there aren't many cross faction units and yet the gaunt summmoner is kind of randomly in StD.
Don't get me wrong, I wish we had more soup-able units but it's really odd for the summoner to be in there. Is he just a placeholder until StD gets another wizard or something?
also, I heard that 100 points is the going rate for a balanced wizard(1) hero. Can any anons weigh in here? I'm a Big-mar nogames but I like to read through rules and warscrolls for fun.
