Dont engage, 90% of players wont play until the new edition at this point. Every ruled it as moving because every other reserve did and there, some editions you needed to be able to voluntarily elect to remain stationary, etc, there is precedence. Take the moral victory, ignore the "i le won" move denier and take solace in that they will want the last word and say something that sounds polite/constructive but is a thin veneer for the malice and bad faith arguments.
