I have never so much as flipped off another driver for not seeing me or cutting me off. I understand the game and even if it was intentional, I'm not going to escalate. I just drop a gear and disappear.
There are way too many fragile ego mirror smashing fags on motorcycles though. It's just not with the effort or risk, just keep moving. A lot of the time cars will even give me space to lane split and I always wave thank you to them.
