Because Westerners approach these kinds of games differently. Japanese players are perfectly happy to partake in and spend money on games if they like them. Westerners on the other hand will freeload as hard as possible for as long as possible and when that doesn't work out they bounce. You can get away with that shit in a single player game like Mihoyoshit but this is a card game and PvP is the focus.
