I've become a man obsessed. Fuck Gaster, I see Dess in everything now. She's the Knight. She's who FRIEND is serving. She set up the Secret Bosses. It's all her.

Friend being something Dess made up in her desperation based on her old toy is just too fitting here.

>Dess sent all the glitched game stuff to Noelle to try and reach out to her back before she went mad and became the Knight
>Dess eventually became the Knight (possibly with Gaster or Friend's help)
>The Knight set up the secret boss stuff while also playing her role in the Prophecy
>The Friends are present cause she left them there to keep watch of things
>Dess fucked up Jevils mind possibly out of jealousy that Seam was friends with him
>Spamton is how he is because Dess was the one calling him, but when she stopped he tried anything to appeal to her again, including dressing himself up like Friend/Seam and becoming more "cat" like, hence him sharing an element with cats
>ERAM summons Friends because ERAM is Dess messing with Kris the same way she tried to sincerely reach out to Noelle before, but now more "Dark" because she's gone off the deep end
>Dess doesn't mess with Gerson at all cause she knows better

If you REALLY wanna bring in the demon stuff, you could say it hoped into all this by taking a form Dess would want to see, similar to Seam. Sorta like a familiar from hell taking the form of a pet for a witch.
But the point is that the Friends serving Dess as a coping mechanism is just too fucking perfect of an idea here.

What is it that doesn't make sense to you?

She's gone absolutely batty. She's willing to say/do whatever now to get a rise out of us.

She's only doing it in private here with Kris, who we already know is colluding.

It's her way of rewarding Kris for playing along with her AND it proves Kris can fight back hard enough. Notice how the fight is ended right after she conveniently leaves behind a chip of her sword and the third Shadow Crystal.
>Why does she have so many fire attacks
Dess has hints of being associated with fire as opposed to her family's cold themes. She has "a couple burnt lighters" in her stuff and we got he ICE-E sighting article where Noelle literally describes Dess torching a pizza box that scared her so it had burned out eyes, which Kris then puts on. Y'know, similar to the BURNING EYES that ERAM wanted to see from Kris.
ERAM being Dess is a perfect fit.

Okay, yeah you may be right on that. Quick correction then: Spamton went for that look and became more "cat-like" cause he wanted to be like Friend whom he associated with hanging out with the phone person. Perhaps Friend delivered the phone to him in the first place.
