It's actually still the most realistic take, if you actually care about the Arabs. In terms of what is the most likely outcome, though, it's naïve to think that Israel isn't going to take over everything from Gaza to the West Bank while controlling Syria and Lebanon as puppet states. Israel, of course, will only be the local regional administrator of Zionist-friendly Syria and Zionist-friendly Lebanon with Washington and London calling all the shots.
