>trouble speaking loudly
would you be comfortable posting a recording? it could be any number of things forcing your voice quiet but my best guess without any sound to go by is that your throat is just too constricted and you need to relax a bit more. but i do not know!
>laughter
that is tough..i don't think i have any advice for that :( i'm pretty sure my laugh actually doesn't pass and i only get away with it because my speaking voice is already low and people just write it off lol. maybe some other anons will have advice about that :( sorry nona.

>>i should match my gender to my sex rather than the other way around
this part
you don't have much of a choice, unfortunately, in either case.
if i could have "changed my gender" to man and not transitioned, i probably would have. that seems easy and painless. i transitioned because i did not like my body, though....and while gender is sort of nebulous and volatile, ironically i think it is more rigid than sex, in the sense that i can fairly easily change some of the features of my physical body to align with what my brain says feels nice, but it's really hard, if not impossible, to change how i feel in my brain on purpose.
the way i think about my "gender" HAS changed over the years, so it definitely is not some static thing (at least not for everyone) but it's not something i believe you can change by choice.
