That is PRECISELY why you should only roll on the base set and never save.
Thanks to the launch rewards we've been given substantially more rolls than normal and thanks to that most of us should have almost everything in the base set at x3.

Which means the base set is now a vial farming set, why waste your rolls on a gacha on the new set and be given no vials because you don't have x3 of any new cards when you can just spend all your rolls on the old set be given tons of vials because you have all of them at x3 and just buy the cards you want?

That is the strat now, rolling for the new set is a mistake.
