We have an expansion coming in roughly 2 weeks that's going to nearly double the card pool. It's less a matter of them needing to buff it, and more them just getting more cards to work with. They need a good win con, and rune sort of hard counters any control deck that isn't faster than theirs...which is kinda what haven wants to do, even when birb storming. And rune is really good right now, be it top 2, or 3....not that haven really has many good matchups.
Like I said, just give it time. We're probably getting storm birb support and more amulet stuff. Heal haven and ward haven will assuredly be a thing after we start to get deeper into the game's life.
