The used gpu market in the $150 to $350ish brackets is actually still pretty good. Not as good as it was late last year but it's not totally fucked like the sub-$100 portion. At one point the reference vega 56 was like $30-$40 if you bought multiple and the 980ti was $50ish. $100-$150 is kind of weird and has been for a while, it's usually like the overbuilt 3rd world tier cards or sometimes barely functional nearly burnt out blower versions of the better cards.
