I'm 150 and can't even get a quarter of her health down. Also by Sin IV, I'm being completely nuked by Dark Wave.
I just farmed some stuff so I could make Dark Resistant gears, and I put on my dark resistance and rainbow ring.
Also using Faria for her instant death immunity. Kuu's got the Ribbon, Dita the Provisional Ring, and Yolnaya the Adventurer's Charm. They have forgetfulness charms in their second misc. slots.
I ought to write down everything that gives status protections because I can never keep it straight in my head and have to repeatedly go through everyone's skills to check for immunities, then armor, weapon gears, accessories, and misc.
