I just started lifting, I am still cutting.
Think I'm gonna maintain a 1000 calorie deficit for 2 more months while lifting and then just recomp at maintenance.
5'10 and 166 pounds, that sound good?
I am down from 266.4 as of December 5th, wish I had the willpower to lift while I was losing weight but losing 100 pounds in such a short time is still a good feat I think. Think I'm around 24-25% BF rn?
Think cutting for 2 months might get me around 20%ish?
