The only time I recall ever crying while playing a game was during Aeris' death in FFVII. When I first played it at 8 years old I hadn't ever experienced fiction in which characters actually pass away, so Cloud's words like "she'll never laugh or cry ever again" actually made me quite sad. Since then I don't think I've ever actually cried from a game, but I've teared up at times.
