Nightreign is actually surprising in that it almost feels like playing a souls game for the first time. It filters so many people just because the run back to the boss is essentially 40 min. If you are bad at pattern recognition/game knowledge you can't throw yourself at the bosses like you could in Elden ring so it comes off as to hard for people. But once you are somewhat decent solo becomes easy mode.

The real challenge is carrying two random teammates through boss fights.

They just fixed him this morning, probably the easiest ever dark so far as long as someone has fire. I got out of a game not to long ago and it took us 20 min to down him because none of us had fire damage

If your team doesn't kill them fast enough he starts spamming orbital strikes on you. If it happens just regular sprint until the big one then surge sprint/dodge.
