I'd argue with Demoman, the true factor is intuition.
A good Demoman needs to get into the Demozone in order to consistently land pipes and know when and where to place traps.
A good Demoman in the Demozone is truly unstoppable.

Thing about Demo is that while he has a decently low skill-floor, he has a skill ceiling even higher than Sniper. Although i'd argue it's more intuition ceiling of knowing when and where to fire pipes and place traps.
He has the potential to dominate the entire enemy team while being impossible to take down.
