Cross posting from /adv/. So I went to have my DOT physical for a driving job and my blood pressure was way too high. Doc told me to come back after my BP was lower but I only have a couple weeks until I start this job.

How can I lower my blood pressure as quickly as possible?? I've already quit vaping cold turkey and limited myself to 1 cup of coffee per day. I'm pretty heavy for my height but I'm going to eat healthy for these next couple weeks. I know I'm a fat fuck and I need to fix my health but need some advice...
