I like quickplay, and would welcome it back. Would love more diversity in workshop submissions, too. Competition drives creativity, and the emporium being a monopoly can be seen as a problem. I don't know why you're stuck on this "us vs. them" mindset, unless you're just trying to paint your "side" in a better light.

I used discord in the past and the software is alright, but fuck me does it does it make people act fucking insane over time.
Also I need something IRL. Being "friends" with some discord kitten on anothef continent doesn't do me much good.
Another issue is videogame lobbies are ghost towns now. Before I would meet random people all the time and have fun saying and doing dumb shit...
Now I live in a world where no one gets jokes, everyone is a hypersensitive report faggot, if people talk to you it's cause they want something from you, no one treats anyone like people, no one enjoys being around other people, everyone just scrolls brainrot apps and laughs at dumb shit that isn't funny.
